Followers of our blog ( yes you 3!) know that we love the Grain Store Studio between Faversham and Boughton. Its a great place to view local art, make some friends, join a workshop and hopefully purchase a unique piece of art or furniture that you will cherish forever.
We were invited this weekend to view the Endangered Species themed exhibition toasted by Sally Harbour of Perrywood arts. The lovely Sally was there to guide us around and introduce us to some of the magical pieces on display.
As always the exhibition featured many different types and styles of art, all available to buy
Beautiful art from Emma Dunster Price, greet you as you enter the gallery. So many different materials and ideas you could spend hours just taking it all in.
There are 10 artists work on show, including Julie Bradshaw, Linda Jordan, and some wonderful Rhino Studies by Jenny Duncan, which highlight the plight of the Rhino and its precarious place in the world.
Well we know that we are always banging on about the Grain Store Studio, and the brilliant collections available there, but there is nothing to not like. It will soon be a hub of art and culture in the Faversham area, and with exhibitions like this, its easy to see why.
